2. BUY YOUR CLASS
We have two exclusive options for our first-timers! Whether it’s our $10 first time credit or our 1-month unlimited for $99, choose what works best for you! We totally recommend the unlimited so you can try lots of classes and coaches!

3. BOOK YOUR 1ST CLASS
Almost there! Now’s the fun part! Head to our schedule below and book into a class with your credit or membership! We suggest reading all class descriptions for all the deets, but we have classes every day of the week and times starting as early as 6am-7pm!

4. DOWNLOAD OUR APP
Want the easiest way to book, view, and change classes? Download our app for Apple or Android (search As You Are Cycle + Lagree in your app store) devices. You will be able to see all reservations, as well as your milestones!

5. ARRIVE EARLY + PREPARED
First-timers are required to arrive 15 minutes early for class. This allows us to ensure the best possible experience. Late arrivals are not permitted for safety reasons. Lagree—requires grip socks and we also sell them in-studio for $12. Cycle—bring a clean pair of hard-soled athletic sneakers not worn outside or rent a pair of our SPD cleats for $3.
