Please include your name, the email address associated with your account, and whether you are requesting deletion of your entire account or specific information. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request. Do not include your password or payment card details.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing your request. Once verified, we will process the request without unnecessary delay and confirm completion by email. If additional time is needed, we will explain the reason and expected completion timeframe.
For account deletion requests, we will delete your account and associated personal information from our systems and request deletion by service providers that process this information on our behalf. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account or personal information. Unsubscribing from marketing communications also does not delete your account.
